In addition to photography and marketing, I am an RYT-200h yoga teacher, certified through the Pranakriya Yoga: School for Healing Arts and registered with Yoga Alliance. Coming from a background in DBT Therapy, I offer a mindful approach that cultivates an internal experience and places emphasis on connection with the self, while building physical strength and flexibility. My goal for any student is for you to leave your mat feeling mentally, emotionally, and physically stronger and more attuned.
I teach a variety of classes appropriate for all bodies and skill levels, including gentle, beginner, meditative, vinyasa flow, and prenatal yoga. Classes emphasize proper alignment and self care, and students can learn to explore the potential of their their bodies and minds in a safe, nurturing environment.

Appropriate for all experience levels and populations, this class is designed to be relaxing and stress relieving while still building strength and flexibility.
Mixed Level hatha yoga
Appropriate for experienced students, this class incorporates longer holds and deep breathing techniques (pranayama) to cultivate an internal experience while physically challenging the student.
vinyasa flow yoga
Appropriate for experienced students, this class moves at a quicker pace, incorporating vinyasa techniques to activate energy levels, strengthening and stretching both body and mind.
Appropriate for expectant mothers of all experience levels (in both yoga and parenthood), this class is designed to prepare the body for childbirth while relieving stress and nurturing the bond between mom and baby.
Baby & Me Yoga
Stretch, breathe, and build strength in this playful gentle class designed for both caregiver and baby. This class incorporates asana, pranayama (breathing techniques), songs, and infant massage to nurture the bond with baby while exploring movement and building community with other new caregivers.
There are few more profound and joyous times in a woman’s life than bringing a new life into the world. Whether introducing a sibling to your family or discovering parenthood for the very first time, the physical and emotional impacts of childbirth in the months that follow are often overlooked. Recommended for mothers of children 6-weeks to one-year, this all-levels class focuses on Mom as an individual. This intentional asana practice builds community, facilitates recovery, and and nurtures whole of the postpartum self.
