This class incorporates asana, pranayama (breathing techniques), songs, and infant massage to nurture the bond with baby while exploring movement and building community with other new caregivers.

Postnatal yoga

There are few more profound and joyous times in a woman’s life than bringing a new life into the world. Whether introducing a sibling to your family or discovering parenthood for the very first time, the physical and emotional impacts of childbirth in the months that follow are often overlooked. Recommended for mothers of children 6-weeks to one-year, this all-levels class focuses on Mom as an individual. This intentional asana practice builds community, facilitates recovery, and and nurtures whole of the postpartum self.
