Jennifer Prat is a Connecticut based psychotherapist and certified yoga teacher. While she specializes in Adult ADHD and neurodiversity, Jennifer works with clients who come to her with a broad range of diagnoses and symptoms, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Clients learn to understand themselves and the dynamic relationship they have with world around them, empowering them to leverage their strengths, lean into their differences, and embrace themselves holistically.

Firmly rooted in person-centered philosophy, Jennifer meets her clients where they are, helps them to establish therapeutic goals. Jennifer is rooted in psychodynamic approaches and trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT); her work with clients is integrated and individualized, pulling from diverse approaches to provides care that best suit their personal and clinical needs.
